Returns & Exchanges
Ezell's return policy is for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date with the exception of Gift Cards. There will be no returns or exchanges allowed for Gift Cards and are deemed FINAL SALE upon checkout. If you would like to return an item or exchange for a different size/product selection, you will be issued a store credit that you can then use to repurchase the item. We do not give REFUNDS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTION AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
You are responsible for either bringing product in-store or the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We suggest sending items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEX along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost while in transit.
All applicable returned or exchanged items must meet the following criteria:
- All items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging without damage to the package.
- All items must have original tags attached
- Items must be received by Ezell's no later than 14 days from the original purchase date on your receipt.
If you do not meet all of the above requirements at the discretion of the Returns Department, do not attempt to return the merchandise because they will be refused.

Once your package is received, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification.
